Common Questions
Do I need to be in a launched area to register?
No! You can register as a provider from any UK postcode. If we haven't launched in your area yet, you'll still be able to set up your profile so you're ready to go when we do — and we might even reach out to you directly.
How do I get paid?
Payments go through Stripe and are deposited directly to your bank account on a weekly rolling basis. When a customer pays for a clean, the money is held securely and transferred to you automatically.
Can I set my own prices?
Absolutely. You quote each customer individually based on their property, requirements, and frequency. You're an independent professional — your prices are yours to set.
What if a customer cancels?
If a customer cancels a scheduled clean, you'll be notified immediately. Our terms require reasonable notice for cancellations.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
No. You can deactivate your profile or leave the platform at any time. There are no contracts, no notice periods, and no penalties.
How does the messaging system work?
Once a customer requests a quote or is linked to you, you can communicate through the platform's built-in messaging. This keeps conversations organised and provides a record if there's ever a dispute.
